Campfire Cocktails is officially back for 2025 and kicking things off strong with the Big Chimayó and highcampflasks 750ml Firelight Flask. 

This cocktail dates back to 1965 when Arturo Jaramillo, owner of Rancho De Chimayó was looking for something to do with an abundance of apples grown in the Chimayó valley.

Single serving: 
1.5 oz tequila
1 oz apple cider vinegar 
0.25oz lemon juice
0.25 oz crème de cassis

Batch 750ml:
12.5 oz tequila
8.5 oz apple cider
2 oz lemon juice 
2 oz crème de cassis

Liquor used
 glacierdistilling Oro y Plata Agave Spirit
briottetliqueur crème de cassis
