Sovereignty, your 151st Kentucky Derby winner 🌹 The 3-year-old son of Into Mischief fought on with favorite Journalism before pulling ahead to win the first leg of the Triple Crown by about two lengths at Churchill Downs on Saturday.

It was the first Kentucky Derby winner for owner/breeder Godolphin, jockey Junior Alvarado and the second for Hall of Fame trainer Bill Mott.
