NEW EPISODE ALERT!🏃‍♀️🎙️📣

Today’s guest is the passionate, versatile, and all-around inspiring Taylor Marscetta!

Taylor is a former collegiate runner who competed at Fordham University and later transferred to Syracuse University for her grad year. With personal bests of 2:14 in the 800 and 5:10 in the mile, she played a key role in relay wins and continued to thrive as a middle-distance and XC athlete. But Taylor’s impact on the sport didn’t stop at the finish line—she’s now a commentator at The Armory and has also written for USTFCCCA, combining her love for track and storytelling.

In this episode, we chat about:
• Her transition from athlete to sports broadcaster
• The highs and lows of being a student-athlete
• Training across distances from 800m to XC
• Finding balance and keeping the sport fun
• Advice for athletes interested in sports media
& more behind-the-scenes stories from her time at The Armory!

This was such a fun and insightful conversation—you won’t want to miss it. Be sure to check out Taylor’s journey and give the episode a listen!

And don’t forget—always look past the finish line and enjoy every part of the journey! 💖🏃‍♀️
