## Caption

Been in a bit of a funk mentally and physically this last month (not what ya want during @grandslamtrack szn). Sheesh this sport can be brutal on the mind and body. This weekend was toughhhhhh, but there is strength to be found in showing up when you are not feeling your best. Good thing I learned exponential lessons getting my butt absolutely kicked by some of the best in the world. Putting ourselves in situations where we feel exposed and vulnerable is when we find strength we didn’t know we had. Silver linings: the crowd, @grandslamtrack atmosphere, big opportunities for growth, the fans and my support team!
