You’re not born with discipline. You build it. And if I made it, so can you.

I started lifting weights at 13 and to this day I never ever stopped. This isn’t about genetics or talent. It’s about consistency. It’s not how hard you go, but how long you stay committed.

What you see is physical, but the real challenge was mental.

Discipline. Focus. Sacrifice.

More than 15 years of showing up, no matter what.

And I’m still not done.
