Margarita ribs 🔥Why drink your margarita when you can smoke it onto a rack of baby backs? This rack was sticky, boozy, citrusy, and louder than a backyard speaker on Cinco de Mayo 🙌🏾 We’re talkin’ tequila in the glaze, in the spritz, and maybe in your bloodstream too 😂 Recipe below ⬇️

Ingredients:
🔹1 slab of babybacks hit with bigsexybbqrub sexysada 
🔹Smoke 250°F, spritz or mop with pineapple juice + santospirit tequila + lime
🔹Wrap after 3 hrs with 1/4 cup reserved spritz. 
🔹Unwrap after 5 hours and glaze (½ cup orange marmalade, ¼ cup tequila, 2 tbsp lime, 2 tbsp agave, 1 tsp chili powder)
