I just started diving into this meaningful book, but I can tell you this story carries a lot of emotions. Hidden feelings of disappointment and resentment, fitting in and bullying, as well as people pleasing & family and even some intriguing cryptozoology! A perfect #MGLit coming of age read! A FIELD GUIDE TO BROKEN PROMISES even has some Jewish themes, so it’s the perfect book to #giveaway during Jewish American Heritage Month.
