Congrats to the more than more than 4,800 runners who enjoyed the serenity of Flushing Meadows Corona Park 🌳 on Saturday and finished the #NYRRMindful5K.

We celebrated #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth, shared the things that inspire us, and took a moment for tranquility with guided meditations.
 
Huge thanks to our runners, our #RisingNYRR families, and all the #NYRRVols who made this such a fantastic event.
