📍Save this if you’re planning to travel with little ones!

🌙 Book an overnight flight, ideally with a bassinet. Night flights tend to be calmer, and your baby might be able to sleep better.

🍌Bring your own food. Flight food might not be ideal for your baby, and if you’re travelling alone with them, it’ll be hard to eat off your tray table. Pack easy-to-eat things that won’t spill or stain.

👚Pack a change of clothes for yourself. Your baby might be on you the entirety of the flight, even if you’ve booked a bassinet. You might need a new shirt before they do!

👶 Bring the stroller. Gate check the stroller if the airline allows for an easier airport experience. 

🐥Travel while they’re young. Younger babies tend to sleep more. Once babies reach about 10 months, they’re more curious about all the ongoings on the plane. Soak in those long, frequent naps!

🧸Hide their toys. Keep their favourite toys for the flight so it’s new and exciting again. 

🐨Wear them. Free your hands during boarding by putting baby in a carrier — bonus if they fall asleep on you before the plane takes off. 

🎒Keep wipes, diapers, cream, snacks and toys handy in the seat pocket or under the seat.

✈️Accept the help! Allow fellow passengers and flight attendants to lend a hand, every break counts.
