THE EASIEST COCKTAIL
・2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
・¾ oz Grapefruit Shrub*
・Tonic Water, to top
・Expressed Grapefruit Peel, to garnish

*To make the grapefruit shrub, combine 4 oz of fresh grapefruit juice, 4 oz of sugar, ⅓ cup of apple cider vinegar, and the peel of one whole grapefruit into a bowl. Shake and allow it to sit in the refrigerator overnight. Strain liquid out the next day. Voilà!
