• 60ml Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
• 30ml Lemon Juice
• 30ml Honey Lavender Syrup
• Fresh Honeycomb

METHOD: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, and strain into a coupe. Garnish with fresh honeycomb & enjoy!
