◦2 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
◦1 oz Lemon Juice
◦½ oz Simple Syrup
◦2 Cucumber Slices
◦Sparkling Water, to top
◦Cucumber Ribbon, to garnish

METHOD: Add cucumber slices, Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake to chill. Strain over ice into your cocktail glass. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon & enjoy!
