ROSEMARY BEES KNEES 🍯
◦2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
◦¾ oz Rosemary Honey Syrup*
◦¾ oz Lemon Juice
◦Lemon twist and rosemary, for garnish

METHOD: To make the cocktail, add the gin, lemon juice, and the syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and fresh rosemary. Cheers!

*To make the rosemary honey syrup, combine 1 tbsp of honey with the leaves of one sprig of rosemary, and 2 tbsp of hot water. Stir until the honey has fully dissolved, and allow to cool.
