・½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
・3 oz Ginger Beer
・Lime Wheel, Fresh Mint Leaves & Edible Flowers, to garnish

💜 INDIGO MULE
・2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
・½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
・3 oz Ginger Beer
・Lime Wheel, Fresh Mint Leaves & Edible Flowers, to garnish

METHOD: In a collins glass, build the gin, lime juice and ginger beer over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel, a sprig of mint, and edible flowers. Enjoy!
