◦2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
◦¾ oz Orange Liqueur
◦½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
◦1 Egg White
◦Lemon Twist, to garnish

METHOD: In a cocktail shaker, combine Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, orange liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice and an egg white. Dry shake (without ice), then add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy!

TIP: If you’re not keen on using egg whites, you can incorporate aquafaba for a similar result! Simply strain the liquid from a can of chickpeas and voilà— a plant based alternative 🤗
