WINTER SPICE FIZZ
◦2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
◦½ oz Orange Liqueur
◦½ oz Spiced Simple Syrup*
◦½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
◦2 oz Champagne, to top
◦Orange Twist, to garnish

METHOD: Combine Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, orange liqueur, spiced simple syrup, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with champagne. Squeeze an orange peel over the top to release its fragrant oils, enhancing the citrus notes. Garnish with an orange twist. Enjoy!
