WINTERBERRY SODA ❄️ 
❄ 2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
❄ 3-4 oz Soda Water (of your choice)
❄ Berries, to muddle (optional) and garnish 

METHOD: Build in a Copa glass on ice. Garnish with berries of choice!

TIP: Try choosing a soda that has no added acidity! Even the smallest dash of lemon juice will transform this frosty blue cocktail to a soft purple 💜
