BEE’S KNEES 🐝 ⇩With just three ingredients, the Bee’s Knees is the perfect sip to unwind with after the hustle and bustle of the holidays! Light, refreshing, and simply delightful, this cocktail is a forever favourite for good reason 😋

BEE’S KNEES:
◦2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
◦¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
◦½ oz Honey Syrup*

METHOD: Shake ingredients on ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

*To make the syrup, combine ¾ cup honey with 1 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved. Let cool before using. Store in a jar, and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
