MIDNIGHT MONSTER SMASH 👹
・2 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
・2 Slices of Cucumber
・2 Basil Leaves
・¼ cup Sliced Honeydew
・½ oz Simple Syrup
・½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
・Honeydew Melon Balls, Pomegranate Seeds, and Dragon Fruit, to garnish
 
METHOD: Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour over ice and garnish with melon balls, each with a pomegranate seed nestled in the center, along with a slice of dragon fruit. Enjoy!
