MIDNIGHT RITUAL ✨
・2 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
・2 oz Grapefruit Juice
・¼ oz Ginger Syrup
・¼ oz Lime Juice
・3 dashes Habanero Bitters
・Prosecco, to top
・Grapefruit Slice & Rosemary Sprig, to garnish
 
METHOD: Add the gin, grapefruit juice, ginger syrup, lime juice, and bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled highball glass over ice. Top with Prosecco, and garnish with dried grapefruit and a carefully torched rosemary sprig. Enjoy!
