PEAR FRENCH 75 
・2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
・1 oz Pear Nectar
・½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
・Dash of Ground Cinnamon
・Prosecco, to top
 
METHOD: In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, pear nectar, freshly squeezed lemon juice and ground cinnamon. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute and top with Prosecco. Enjoy!
