Jose battled addiction and incarceration for 20 years, and was ready for a new path—with support from Goodwill’s Foundational Community Supports program, he found one.⁠

From securing housing to overcoming major barriers like getting his driver’s license, Jose worked hard to build a better life. Today, he’s employed, sober, and proud to be a leader in his recovery community.⁠

“I’m proud to be a part of the Goodwill story,” he said. We are proud of all he has accomplished and how he has changed his life for the better.⁠
