Murph has become a staple in the CF community, performed on Memorial Day every year.

It’s a great workout on its own but it stands for something even greater.

Michael Murphy gave his life protecting his brothers and this country.

It’s great to do/know the workout but I recommend people get to know the man behind the workout.

It is one of the most inspiring stories I’ve ever heard.
