Þorrablót Food Bingo! 🇮🇸 How many of these Icelandic delicacies would you try?

From fermented shark (hákarl) to sour ram’s testicles (súrsaðir hrútspungar), many of Iceland’s traditional foods were born out of necessity—Icelanders had to get creative in their harsh and isolated environment, perfecting the art of preservation and learning how to make use of every part of the animal.
