🌿 Big thanks to @425magazine for including "Fischersund: Faux Flora" on its list of "5 Artistically Curated Exhibits and Events to Attend This Fall"!

🖼️ "Faux Flora" opens Nov. 8 and features new work from Jónsi (who previously captivated audiences with FLÓÐ) and his sisters Inga, Lilja, and Sigurrós, all members of the family-run art collective, Fischersund.

The multisensory exhibition is inspired by the small number of native plant species in Iceland, as well as the scientific relationship between scent and memory. The artists invent new plant species and experiment with an immersive experience for the viewer that integrates scent, sound, sculptures, and more.
