## Caption

Our cardamom knots are made with an extra soft brioche dough and a freshly ground cardamom butter. Freshly ground cardamom is nothing like the pre-ground kind sold by the jar. We buy decorticated cardamom and grind just what we need to keep as much of the spice’s intoxicating fragrance and flavor.
