Skål to Eric! We are so grateful for over 16 years of his incredible leadership, and he will be greatly missed! For the full article, please visit the link in our bio, or learn more at nordicmuseum.org/news ⬇️

After 16 years at the helm of the National Nordic Museum, our Executive Director/CEO Eric Nelson has announced that he will retire from his post on July 1, 2024. Under his leadership, our institution has evolved from a small community museum to an acclaimed international destination: “It’s been an amazing ride and I’m so grateful for everyone who has helped advance this extraordinary institution that celebrates and shares Nordic culture...None of this would have been possible without our incredible staff, visionary community leaders, tireless volunteers, generous donors, international partners, Museum supporters, and so many others.”
