## Caption

“When I thought about animals that would be affected by pollution in the Arctic, I wanted to paint a narwhal. They don’t usually get represented as much as they should. I wanted to show that all animals can be affected by pollution, even if we don’t always see it." 🌎

Happy Earth Day! We invite you to take some time exploring the outstanding contributions to this year's Ar(c)t(ic) Design exhibition, available as a special Virtual Student Exhibition on nordicmuseum.org (see the link in our bio).

🎨 Ketta Harrison, 13, Lynnwood, WA. "Unseen." Watercolor.
