When I was with equinoxhotels in #NewYorkCity recently at the equinox club inside the hotel I tried out their amazing #cryrochamber

In honour of my 68th birthday on 23rd March this was a great experience to put my body through to help it to continue to age well, a commitment I continue to have as I begin another year. 

This is so good for our emotional wellbeing not just physical!
