I’m pregnant (!!), so Nick took the lead on this vintage. He blended it solo, inspired by the garden that’s shaped each previous vintage. I haven’t tasted it yet, but from what I’ve heard, it’s bright, layered, and easy to love.

It’s a natural red wine (serve it chilled!) with pomegranate, plum, mulberry, citrus blossom, a little tea-like grip, and fruit trees in bloom. Textural, juicy, and meant to be served out the fridge.

Made with 8 grape varieties, from carbonic Grenache and Carignan to skin-contact Gewürztraminer and a splash of Orange Muscat. It’s a thoughtful, wild ferment, unfiltered and minimal intervention, as always.

This is the fifth vintage, part of our project neighborhoodwinery . I’ve worked closely with Pali over the years to bring this wine to life, and it means the world to keep growing it with nick_perr .
