#GenZ is pretty split when it comes to therapy. some may have their therapists on speed dial, while others forgo therapy due to a multitude of reasons including accessibility, cost, time and not knowing where to start. 

for POC, there can be even more barriers to treatment including stigma, funding, institutional discrimination, and a lack of accessible, diverse mental health professionals.
