With nearly two decades of experience in motorcycle sport, pippalaverty has always been driven by passion 🏍️ but her true purpose took shape when she joined the FIM Women in Motorcycling Commission.

She began by using social media to amplify the Commission’s mission, bringing attention to the incredible work being done to elevate women in the sport. But she didn’t stop there 📱 

Seeing a clear gap in Speedway, she worked closely with the FIM Track Racing Commission to launch the Women’s Speedway Academy. Three years later, that initiative led to a historic first: the creation of the FIM Women’s World Speedway Trophy a competition that had never existed before 🏆

Now, as the first-ever ACU Ambassador for Women, she continues her mission in the UK. From leading strategic digital efforts to supporting initiatives across all disciplines, she’s committed to empowering women in every aspect of motorcycling 🏁

For her, it’s not just about representation, it’s about rewriting the narrative. Women belong in every garage, on every starting grid, and on every podium ✨
