It’s still only WNBA preseason and there are so many players going down with injuries. It seems like we’re seeing new reports everyday of injuries this preseason. Why can’t WNBA players stay healthy heading into the season?

Kelsey Mitchell’s interview was extremely alarming after saying she didn’t get the proper medical attention she needed when she was in China. It’s getting to the point now where we have to ask the question of whether or not the WNBA can afford to let their players keep playing overseas and for other leagues like Unrivaled.

The refs have also been letting the physicality get out of hand. You HAVE to protect your players firstly and secondly you HAVE to focus on keeping the product entertaining. Physicality is NOT a selling point for the WNBA…

What adjustments should the WNBA make to avoid injuries moving forward? Let me know in the comments!
