Recipe: 
- In a glass bowl, show clean washed strawberries 
- Pour Prosecco Rosé over them until they are covered
- Let soak for at least 6 hours
- Strain the berries
- Pour sugar into a white glass bowl
- Coat strawberries in sugar
- Place in a bowl or dish and ready to serve
