-Add +2 hits of Clarity 

-Add +10 hits of sharpness

-EXPORT using SAVE FOR WEB (LEGACY)

-Copy the settings I use on the video

-Ensure your instagram upload is set to highest quality and you’re using the fastest WiFi possible.

PRO TIP: AIR DROP the photo your phone from the computer, it makes a difference. 

Also create a burner account to test the upload before actually posting to your portfolio page 🤫😉
