Marco Sturm, Bruins Head Coach? 🤔

Sturm, 46, has been with the LA Kings organization since 2018-19, first as an assistant coach and now Head Coach of their AHL affiliate; the Ontario Reign. In his 3 year stint with Ontario, he has a record of 119-80-14 👀

Prior to that, he was with the German National team from 2015-18, managing and coaching a variety of their teams in international competitions. 🇩🇪

He’s notably coached players like Quinton Byfield, Brandt Clarke, Adrian Kempe, among other Kings youth talent that has emerged in the NHL 👑

Sturm was a former Bruins player from 2005-06 to 2010 who was notably acquired by Boston in the Joe Thornton trade.
