Eating 10,000 calories a day to prepare for our 1,000 mile swim around the entire coast of Iceland where the water temperature was as low as -1°C/30.2°F. The goal was to add as much fat (and insulation) as possible to help combat hypothermia, which is why we had to "dirty bulk" and eat everything and anything. No one’s ever tried this before (probably for good reason 🤣) which is why I want to say the BIGGEST thank you to the ELITE team who helped make this happen…
