UNC AD Bubba Cunningham is calling for collective bargaining and a real seat at the table for athletes. With revenue sharing and new rules on the horizon, he’s pushing for a system where players, schools, and leagues work together (via an association), just like pro sports.

Cunningham believes it’s time for athletes to have a voice in how college sports are run. Fairness, stability, and athlete empowerment are at the core of his vision for the future.
