Major things we worked on in this session was staying tall, more work on hitting that inside panel and the sweet spot. I learned how to identify when I hit a good or bad ball. When the rotation isn’t good, hitting outside panel. When the ball is tailing left, bad hip alignment. Steps become super important. ##nflkicker #football
