csahudsonvalley is proud to officially welcome Jack Winter as the new Academy Director of Cedar Stars Hudson Valley— a major step forward in our mission to build one of the region’s premier player development programs.

Jack joins us from Stanford University, where he played a key role in one of the most successful college soccer programs in the country. During his tenure, Stanford captured multiple Pac-12 titles and consistently developed top-level talent for the professional and international stage. His coaching journey also includes significant experience at the academy level, where his commitment to technical excellence, player development, and leadership culture left a lasting impact.
As Academy Director, Jack will lead all technical operations, oversee player pathways, and set the standard for coaching methodology across Hudson Valley. His ability to identify talent, elevate potential, and foster a winning mentality aligns perfectly with the Cedar Stars philosophy.
