1️⃣ Ça passe ou ça casse! 🔥 Matthias Casse came through with 🥉 at the European Championships in the -81kg class, his 5th European medal and counting. 🥋

2️⃣ First times hit different. The Mixed Judo Team took down Olympic champs France but felt short of 🥉 after a golden score battle against 🇩🇪. Big things ahead for la28games ! 🥋

3️⃣ Ay Ay Sailors! 🫡 Anouk Geurts and Isaura Maenhaut sailed to 🥇 in the 49erFX at the Olympic Sailing Week in Hyères, 🇫🇷. ⛵️

4️⃣ Meanwhile, Emma Plasschaert secured a strong 🥈 finish in the ILCA 6. ⛵️

5️⃣ Belgian waters were on 🔥 too! Lucas Henveaux smashed two 🇧🇪 records. Both in the 100m backstroke (54"26) leading off the 4x100m medley relay, and in the 200m medley (1’57”60), becoming the first Belgian ever to break the 2-minute barrier! 🏊‍♂️

6️⃣ Manon De Roey delivered a career-best with a 9️⃣th place finish at the Chevron Championship, her best-ever result at a major golf tournament. ⛳️

7️⃣ 9 months after the Paris heartbreak, Alexander Doom is back and how!  He immediately clocked 44"92 at the Diamond League in Xiamen, 🇨🇳. 🏃‍♂️

8️⃣ Queens of Belgium! At their very first Cheerleading World Championships, the women’s team struck 🥇 gold. To top the weekend off, the mixed team added a surprising 🥈.
