1️⃣ With 2 Belgian vice-European champions in Olympic disciplines, the European Weightlifting Championships in 🇲🇩 are going down in the history books. While Ilke Lagrou stunned the field with 🥈 in the -81kg category... 🏋️‍♀️

2️⃣ …Nina Sterckx claimed a fantastic 🥈 as well in the -59kg class. The perfect boost post-Paris, and once again back proud on the podium. 🏋️‍♀️

3️⃣ Olympic Champion Remco Evenopoel is back with a 💥. With a goosebump win at the Brabantse Pijl, and a thrilling 3rd place at the Amstel Gold Race. Let’s bring on Liège–Bastogne–Liège this Sunday! 🚴‍♂️

4️⃣ In Hyères, 🇫🇷, Isaura Maenhaut & Anouk Geurts took the early lead in the FX class after 3 races. The key? Boat speed… and post-race coffees. ⛵️

5️⃣ Also in Hyères, Emma Plasschaert is holding strong — currently sitting in 3rd overall after three solid races. Let’s go, Emma! ⛵

6️⃣ Belgium’s acrobats were flying high at the European AcroGym Championships, taking home 3 European titles and a bronze. Huge shoutout to Silke Macharis & Maysae Bouhoich for bringing home 🥇and 🥉. The World Games this summer just got a whole lot more exciting! 🤸‍♀️
