A PV GRADUATE ✨

In 7 days I will finish a big milestone in life by obtaining my Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering from THE Prairie View A&M University. Throughout this journey God has shown me that every step I have taken he has taken it with me and it has been apart of his plan. So I firstly want to thank God for granting me the serenity, strength and courage to keep going and stand firm in my faith. Next, to my mother, sister, family, heavenly family and close friends thank y’all for every conversation and your prayers throughout this journey. Through those long nights and early mornings, I felt them the most. I carry you all on my heart daily and wouldn’t be here without your support. Also, to my father, I know you are looking down from heaven with pride and I promised you I would be the first to put our last name on a college diploma. Lastly, I want to thank ME! For having the courage to step out of my own way and stand in the light that God has for me. I am grateful for the ability to see my own self growth and step into the next phase and chapter in my life. Through out every valley I have been through I am blessed to understand that trouble doesn’t last forever. It’s only up from here and I walk into it with grace. 🎓🍾✨

Cheers to being apart of the 4% of black female ChemE’s🥂👑

To God be the Glory 🙌🏾✨

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you.”
 - Jeremiah 29:11-12

“Blessed is the person who keeps on going when times are hard. After they have come through hard times, this person will receive a crown. The crown is life itself. The Lord has promised it to those who love him.”
- James 1:12
