Here are some facts about OUR favorite state you might not have known:

1️⃣ Pennsylvania is known as the "Keystone State" because it played a crucial role in forming the United States.

2️⃣ Pennsylvania was the second state to join the Union, officially becoming a state on December 12, 1787.

3️⃣ There is only one town in Pennsylvania: Bloomsburg. Everywhere else is either a city, borough, or township.

4️⃣ In 1863 Penn State became one of the nation's first and Pennsylvania's only land-grant institutions.
