#AD Tonight’s dinner side was a win! Cheesy 🧀stuffed mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 , and honestly, it felt surprisingly easy. Usually, I’d be stuck dicing a mountain of mushroom stems and veggies, dirtying a ton of dishes. But with this hamiltonbeach Stack & Snap food processor? Total game-changer.

I love how the 500-watt motor quickly shredded my cheese & chopped my veggies in seconds. That seriously cut down on prep time, which is always a huge plus. Then, everything else – cream cheese, spices, and parmesan – went right in the same bowl, and was pulsed to a smooth and scoopable filling.

Recipe:

16 brown mushrooms clean, stems removed
1/2 red pepper, seeded
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon green chives
2 cloves garlic
8 ounces cream cheese
4 ounces Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. white, ground pepper

Make:
.
Shred cheese using the blade attachment and set aside.
Add chopping blade
Add pepper, chives, stems, and garlic to bowl, and pulse until chopped.
Add cream cheese, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, and spices.
Pulse until creamy.
Scoop one tablespoon of filling into each clean mushroom.
Air fry at 400 for 8-10 minutes on low rack or until golden-brown.
