## Caption

On this Indigenous Peoples’ Day, we honor the enduring strength and culture of the Indigenous communities who have cared for these lands for countless generations.

At Penn State, we acknowledge that our campuses are located on the ancestral homelands of the Erie, Haudenosaunee, Lenape, Monongahela, Shawnee, Susquehannock, and Wahzhazhe Nations. We honor their legacy as the original stewards of this land and commit to learning from their deep relationship with the environment.

To learn more about our land acknowledgment, visit the link in our bio.
