I spent 30 days posting every single day, mixing 4 still graphics, 22 reels, and 97 stories to see what would really move the needle on Instagram. Here’s what went down:

I saw a 77% engagement rate, gained 160 new followers, and racked up 34,000 total views.

Still posts still work! We want to create shareable content, and these are easiest to share!

You don’t need the trendiest audio to get attention. Remember that 92% of people watch with their sound off!

Tagging people and brands is a simple way to boost shares.

I challenged myself to practice what I preach to my clients, and it was a lot of work! 🤣 My best advice is to not think too hard about it and just post it!
