## Caption

Monique Coleman lit up the Powerful Women Paving the Way Conference with a reminder we all needed: “Don’t dim your light just because someone has to put on their shades,” reminding us all to keep shining unapologetically. 💛✨

Our intern, Sadie, had the chance to meet her, and let’s say…✨𝘸𝘦’𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳✨ when it comes to lifting each other up.

Stay tuned next week 👀 for Sadie’s take on the conference and everything she’s bringing back with her!
