The Absolute Beginner Ballet Workshop is an introductory workshop specially designed for adults who have a passion and desire to learn ballet but have no prior dance experience. The classes provide a welcoming and friendly environment, with individualized instruction and attention, which exposes you to the core fundamentals of ballet in a relaxed and comfortable class setting. ⁠

The Decoding Ballet Workshop is a beginner-level workshop is designed for adults with foundational ballet experience who are ready to deepen their understanding and practice of ballet technique. In a supportive and engaging environment, participants will refine their mastery of fundamental movements while exploring more complex combinations and exercises. ⁠

As a progressive series, consistent attendance is essential for both workshops, with each session building on the last. Registration is required, and participants may not miss more than 25% of the classes to ensure continuity and growth throughout the workshop.⁠
