In 1924, Albert and his wife Olga built a carnation house on the Bachman property. While Albert’s brothers grew and sold vegetables, he added something new—fresh-cut carnations.

To everyone’s surprise, the flowers flew off the shelves even faster than the produce! 🌿💐

Who knew one small bloom could plant the seeds of something so extraordinary?
